This week our new Firefighters where given a great course on Rapid Intervention by our Recruit Trainers.  Each firefighter got a chance to practice working as a coordinated TEAM, searching with ropes, learning how to use their buddy breathing equipment and practice realistic self rescue techniques that may need to be used in the event a firefighter becomes trapped or disoriented.  Once again our new maze building was utilized and assisted these new firefighters in building confidence in their freshly learned skills.
