With this months Company Drill topic set as Search and Rescues / R.I.T., Company 2 thought out of the box!  As a Team of Officers, they designed a search for a missing person drill taking place deep in the woods.  The drill was very well organized and thought out, with Firefighters getting a chance to practice line searches, proper communications in the woods and they also got a chance to see how difficult coordinating searches are when you cannot see the Firefighters to your right and left. The drill also involved proper set up of a Command Post and some hands on driver training on our new Fire Department UTV. (Photo’s by Firefighter Steve Falconer)
