1989 (Refurbished in 2103) Ford LTS-8000 Maxim with a 2,300 gallon water tank and a 500 gallon per minute rear mounted PTO driven pump. It has the capability to gravity dump 1,000 gallons per minute from the rear or either side using cab controlled air actuated dump chutes and valves. This unit was built by Maxim Motors located in Middleboro, Massachusetts. It is believed to be the last tanker that Maxim ever made.  Tanker 1 underwent a major refurbishment in 2013, with new radial tires, complete frame and chassis paint job, new lettering, water tank LED level lights, front suspension upgrades, new exhaust system and all new LED compartment/ground/scene and emergency lights.  Tanker 2 is assigned to Station 3 located in the south Carver.
