On Sunday, Carver Fire assisted Carver Police with a search for a missing person in the Central Cemetery area of town. Officers and 30 Firefighters searched the extremely thick woods around the cemetery, while our Command staff deployed an all-weather thermal drone to search from above. Crews from Carver Police, Environmental Police, State Police, and others worked into the late night and in the heavy rain. The person was eventually found okay and transported by Carver EMS.
