Brush fire season is here! Fire crews responded to multiple brush fires over the past week. Multiple Carver Breaker (26, 27, 28 and 29) assisted by Plymouth Breaker 179, worked a fast moving brush fire on the wood line edge of South Meadow Village Mobile Home Park. Wind gusts moved the fire quickly, but fire crews were able to keep it from spreading to the nearby mobile homes. Carver Tankers 1 and 2 along with Engine 3 supplied water for the incident while Carver Engine was moved to CFD Headquarters for town coverage.
