Carver Old Home Day Fire Prevention Event - July 27, 2013

Our Fire Prevention Team outdid themselves again this year at our annual Old Home Day celebration.  A big thank you to all Officers and Firefighters that assisted Deputy Germaine with a successful program.  Judging by all the smiles, it was a good day!  A lot of hard work goes into prepping for the day and it is well appreciated.  Even if one child learns a fire prevention tip that could keep them or someone they know out of harm’s way, we feel we have made a difference!  A special thanks to Safety Officer Telless for being such a good sport and taking a beating in the dunk tank! I certainly can’t forget to thank our Bake Master, Bill Garnett, who did another outstanding job coordinating the effort to feed 600 people!
