Officers and Firefighters from Company 1 participated in a creative MVA Entrapment Drill over the weekend.  Simulating a head-on truck verse motorcycle collision, firefighters utilized the rescue tools off of Rescue 1 and Engine 1 to perform multiple MVA entrapment scenarios.  Firefighters removed the doors and roof, rolled the dash, stabilized, and then lifted the vehicle off the motorcycle to free the trapped patient.  (Photo’s by Assistant Deputy Chief, Jesse Boyle)
