Deputy Germaine executed an intensive structure fire drill with Company 2 Sunday morning. Crews got to train realistically, with live fire burning in multiple rooms, real time vertical ventilation, and zero visibility search and rescue evolutions, all occurring simultaneously. This was the first company level live fire training to take place in our new training facility. This resource is invaluable for the Carver Fire Department. It will enable us to reach new heights in providing our community with highly trained and proficient firefighters, at a cost to the taxpayers that is unrivaled.
