What a great night! Six Carver Fire Officers, Captain Eric Weston, Lieutenant Bob Middendorf, Lieutenant Jesse Boyle, Lieutenant Josh McDermott, Divemaster Austin White and Assistant Divemaster Steve Doherty, were officially appointed by Fire Chief Craig Weston and sworn in by Town Clerk Lynn Doyle. The Carver Fire Department Honor Guard lead the ceremony as Officers and Firefighters lined the room in support of our newest Fire Officers. This was also an opportunity to offer a heartfelt “THANK YOU” to retiring Captain Carl Santos for 43 years of dedicated service to our community and Department.  Captain Santos was given a citation from the Board of Selectmen in appreciation for his service, and capped off with a salute by our Fire Department.
