This past Sunday, the Carver Firefighters Association held it’s 53rd annual clambake. The event is sold out every year and the money raised funds scholarships and other civic commitments. The Clambake is a lot of work, but a big hit with the 420 people who pay to eat traditional New England clambake fare. A big tip of the helmet to our Officers/Firefighters, Bake Master Billy Garnett, Captain Bob Telless and members of the Carver High School Student Council who helped the Firefighters prepare and serve the bake.
