Work is almost complete on the huge undertaking of rehabbing our maze building at the Fire Department Training Facility. Firefighters Bob Vestute, Dave Buker and Christine Amaral have gotten the project off the ground by re-framing and removing the three dilapidated garage doors, adding some new trim. From there we removed all the existing maze partitions and carpet in preparation of re-installing donated carpet and building new, more modern maze structures. To date the new maze partitions have been completed, with many new confined space, trap doors, tunnels, and surmises constructed. Next we will be on to some fresh paint and we should be ready for the first Recruit Training class on February 16th.
