Recruit Training Class #4 was Ladders (classroom and practical) and Water Rescues.  This was the first practical of the course with our new Firefighters taught different ladder raises and carries by our experienced group of Recruit Trainers.  The class was split into two groups, with half practicing ladders and the other half concentrating on dive equipment and water rescue scenarios taught by Divemaster Austin White and Assistant Divemaster, John O’Connell.
