This week our new Firefighters where given a great course on Rapid Intervention by our Recruit Trainers.  Each firefighter got a chance to practice wall breaching, searching with ropes, learning how to use their buddy breathing equipment and practice realistic self rescue techniques that may need to be used in the event a firefighter becomes trapped or disoriented.  Once again our new maze building was utilized and assisted these new firefighters in building confidence in their freshly learned skills  (Photo’s by Firefighter Dan Wilcox)
