Firefighters from Company 2 made quick work of a truck fire in close proximity to a large commercial building off of Commerce way in North Carver.  Firefighter Joe Kirk was first to arrive on scene, as this is within his personnel response zone, and reported a fully involved truck fire.  Captain Harriman assumed Command on arrival and ordered two hand lines extended toward the vehicle for a quick knock down before the fire could make entry into the building.  Good Call!  The Fire was determined to be a mechanical failure to the vehicle and was the second vehicle fire we have had at the complex in the past months.
