The Drill schedule for this month calls for each Company to train on MVA Operations/Hazards and Entrapments. Company 1 put together a back to basics MVA Entrapment Drill involving four motor vehicles. Firefighters responded as if it was a real MVA Entrapment (no lights/sirens) with Engine 1 and Rescue 1, to the rear of the Training Facility where they were presented with an MVA scenario.  Firefighters used Jaws of Life tools, window saws, stabilization cribbing and a variety of rescue tools to pry doors, remove roofs and stabilize the vehicles.
