At 6:53 am on Friday February 6,2004, the Carver Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at the Carver – Middleboro town line. Upon arrival DFC Craig Weston reported a working fire in a 1 1/2 story dwelling that was actually in the Town of Middleboro. Heavy fire conditions were noted in the basement and first floor with extension to the second floor.
