Our 1991 Scat Hovercraft was approved for a major rehab overhaul at our annual Town Meeting in 2012. In August, our craft was sent to "The Hovercraft Depot" in Missouri to be 100% rebuilt. This rehab will consist of a new hull, new oil injected motor, new electrical wiring, new gauges, new fan lades, new flotation skirts, new LED scene and emergency light package and many more upgrades. Our new 2013 Command Car, assigned to Deputy Eric Germaine, is now fully in-service. Many hours of hard work have gone into the design and installation of our new 2013 Chevy Tahoe Command Vehicle.

Carver Fire on Fox 25's Firehouse Friday Our Officers and Firefighters of Company 2 have been hard at work over the last week, donating their time to refinish the original 3 bay apparatus floor of Station 2. The group has spent each night washing, de-greasing and etching the concrete, in preparation of a final epoxy coating going on this Saturday and clear coat on Sunday. Once completed, donated shelving and work benches will be re-installed in the bay area, and the Station 2 rehab project, conducted by our TEAM, will be complete. A lot going on at our North Carver Fire Station, home of Company 2! At our annual Town Meeting, taxpayers voted unanimously to replace the original and aging apparatus doors with newer more modern glass doors. At the same time, our TEAM of Company 2 Officers and Firefighters have stepped up to the plate and are re-landscaping and epoxy painting the apparatus floors.
